Jase says "What is this big thing next to me?"
Well we made it to the zoo today :) and we all had a blast. Jase didn't really know what to think, but he never cried or fussed. He did a lot of pointing and laughing so that is a good sign. We even did the train at the end of the day. We attempted the petting zoo at the end as well but after a long day, the boy was just tired out! He wasn't a big fan of touching the goats and the big pig anyway. I think he must get that from his Aunt Erin. She thought she was going to get eaten by the goats when she was younger! We didn't make it to Centennial Park but we are hopefully going to that a different day. Jase was out in 2.2 seconds in the car so we just headed home!
We of course had to get Jase some cotton candy to try at the zoo. He didn't seem to like it too much. He has more of a salty tooth then a sweet tooth like his mom! Lately though, I must say, I have really liked the sweets! I didn't have any problem eating his cotton candy :)
Aunt Erin of course had to get Jase some cupcakes while we were here. She gets him whatever he wants!
Isn't that what Aunts are for?!?
Of course I get some too!! She also bought a bubble gun that he liked to play with. He especially liked it when the bubbles got on the kitchen floor and he would slide all around!
Tomorrow we are going to hang out for a bit. It seems like we have been on the go ever since we got here :) Erin is an Athletic Trainer and has to work a football passing camp in the morning so we might head there with her for a while then come back and relax. We bought a small pool for the boy so we are going to do that tomorrow too!
