Aunt Jessica Came!

Yesterday we had a visitor. Aunt Jessica came to visit us from Waterloo. She had the day off and thought she would head our way. We made plans to go to the new Grinnell pool. It is brand new and it looks pretty neat. Of course she gets here, Jase gets up from a nap, we get ready and go...pool is closed :( They apparently had to do some construction of some sort...boo! So instead we decided to get Jase's pool out and let him play in it since he was all loobed up with sunscreen. It was a good day and we were so glad Jessica was able to come. She stayed all day with us until Jeff got home from work. Jase was so excited that she was here, that the little buddy didn't really nap yesterday. Just too much excitement I guess.





One of Jase's favorite things to do in his pool, is fill a cup full of water and dump it all over himself. He thinks it is pretty awesome!





As you can see the poor little man is so tired. After one short nap and the sun, it can kind of make ya sleepy! Apparently it really did that to him :)





He just can't quite keep his eyes open!

This weekend we are heading back to Des Moines/Indianola for Father's Day! It will be fun to see everyone. Hopefully this rain stops and we can get outside as well :)
