Pee Pee in the Potty

YESSSS!!! I am so excited to announce that Jase has hit the pee pee in the potty milestone! After a long process of introducing the potty, sitting his stuffed animal George on the potty, rewarding with chocolates and toys, putting him in big boy pants and cleaning mess after mess and constantly asking Jase to sit on the potty "just for 5 minutes" just might have paid off. He has been very consistent with going pee pee in the potty. Notice I said pee pee only. Pooping is another thing, but we are STILL working on that! He now tells us that he has to go potty and does not have any problems sitting on the potty. We decided to try pull-ups with him instead of me constantly cleaning up messes all over my house. For most people I have heard pull-ups don't work, but for Jase they do. As a parent you always find what works with one child might not work for the other. Even though he has a pull-up on he will still go pee pee in the potty. Every once in a while he insists on wearing his Cars "big boy" underwear which he LOVES! Jeff and I are SO proud of Jase. We can't even explain how excited we are for him and how we truly are amazed at how much he has matured in the past few months. Good job J-man! We are so proud of you :)
