Here is Jase catching some z's. This was literally 5-10 minutes after we got on the boat and got moving. It just zonks him out!
We have had a busy few days. We spent last Friday evening at the Iowa State fair. We had concert tickets to Jason Aldean! He was amazing. We went with our friends Derc, Steph and Mike and we were also joined by our sisters, Erin and Jess and her sweet friend Blair! It was a blast. We were all looking forward to the concert and it was well worth it. It was nice to get out, have adult conversations and a few adult beverages as well. Maybe a little too many of those but that is okay!

Saturday we headed back to Okoboji for a nice long weekend. Jeff had Monday-Thursday off so we thought we would spend the time at the lake. It was perfect. The weather was amazing and the boys had a blast. It was nice to get away and have some time with just the 4 of us!
We got back home on Tuesday and decided last minute to go back to the fair with the boys. We left early in the morning and were back home by 1:30. It was the perfect amount of time for them and us too! I would have to say the highlight was the big slide. Jeff and I honestly didn't think Jase would like it but he sure did. He got to go once with me and once with Jeff. He loved it!
